Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window (48 Hours)
You have 48 hours from the time you receive your abaya to request a return or exchange.

Returns (Damaged or Defective Items)

  • Eligibility: Only genuine defects or damage qualify for a return.

  • Video Proof Required: Email us a clear video of the defect at tarhaabayas@gmail.com.

  • Condition: Item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • Approval & Shipping: Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges (Size Issues Only)

  • Eligibility: If you ordered the correct size but it doesn’t fit, you may exchange within 48 hours.

  • Video Proof Required: Record a short video showing the abaya on you and email it to tarhaabayas@gmail.com.

  • Process: After approval, ship the abaya back to us (address below) and we’ll send your replacement.

Refunds

  • Timing: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of our inspection.
